My thoughts are NEWS first with mention of 10 one split and merger details thrown in for good measure. This RS has caused quite a bit of dillution TWICE. But I really like the way MR HARRIS operates. Now we all know what the DEAL is .Any debt or convertible debentures have been covered. It says the WEB SITE is still being updated, but if you noticed Board of Directors: Robert M. Terry, Jerome Saver This is the OLD COMPANY right there. My guess is they are now major share holders and that is it. It took the Extra shares to buy them out!
