There can only be two reasons for this: AMD has made earnings projections based on Intel's latest round of accelerated Celeron price cuts and realizes that ASPs will be close to $80 for the quarter and that they are going to lose a lot of money. Also, they may have found that their mask fix did not increase the speed splits after all. They know that if they walk into the upcoming analyst meetings and stick to the story they gave at the last conference call, they will face a shareholder lawsuit when Q1 results come out.

I'm sick of this crap.

Pravin.
