Your statement: <<..The key uncertainty is not production or capacity but technical/commercial feasibility. Once we get over that hump, we can start looking at margins...>> might have been accurate over two years ago.

If you recall, Joint Venture partners, including South Korea's Hani Telcom evaluated the "technical/commercial feasibility" and decided it was twice as attractive than normally required to be feasable, because they agreed to put up all the money to be able to use Valence's knowledge, R&D and manufacturing techniques and to share the profits 50/50 with Valence.

Would you have put up $50 million without first being sure of the "technical/commercial feasability?" IMO if you look a little closer, you should should find ample indication that we are "over the hump"!!
