Let's face it: CSCO's market cap is 119 times FLEX's (that's not a typo). This is a market dominated by liquid large caps. Plus there's still a residual perception that ECMs are low-margin, cyclical board-stuffers. The only large ECM's with a significantly-better-than-market (S & P 500) multiple are SLR and SANM (at 47 and 56 x trailing earnings, respectively). If FLEX keeps executing and growing, its multiple should continue to expand as well. If you had fresh cash to invest today and could only buy CSCO and FLEX, what percentage of each would you buy?
