I don't know whether they have the contracts or not. PENNYPICKER may know something. From the December PR, it seems that ADOT holds the cards as far as accepting offers from the inquiries: The company has received serious industry inquiries where if they are accepted would become additional contracts for 1999. Total value of the inquiries is in the area of $7 million. I do know that PENNYPICKER has been on target with his news release dates, maybe he knows the ceo better than some of you.
