Gooday Gentlemen,

Nice to see some activity here. I would think that interest in Carbite will continue to grow over the next several months.

I understand that at the PGA Show in Orlando last month, Carbite did 3 times the business over the 1996 show. Production problems over 1996 with production of the new Dual Density Putter have been straightened out with Teledyne, US Defence contractor, now manufacturing the titanium head. Also the new Diamand Face clubs have been brought to market.

Indeed Andrew, my understanding is that Mark O'Meara uses the wedge. Too bad we couldn't get some Free endorcements. A friend of mine recently returned from Florida and his trips to Pro Shops indicated strong interest and demand for the club.

1996 Year end earnings should be out soon. Expect sales in the $10MM range with a bottom line profit of ñ$1M. These are US $ figures. That works out to somewhere in the area of $0.07/share Cdn. At today's share price of C$1.95, that works out to a P/E of 28 on trailing earnings. The company is still in talks with TaylorMade for a continuation of the insert deal.

I dunno, things are definitely coming together. $5.00 U.S. in the next 12-18 months is not shooting for the moon.....

the way I see it anyway,

Bill
