David, if that's so (and it does make sense to me), then why was everyone on this thread so excited -- as if the TI chip was somehow an (USR's big gun) answer to ROK's 56k-chip propaganda blitz? I must have missed something?

BTW, why was TI's announcement tied to USR applicability only? Does USR have proprietary position in the TI chip, meaning future royalty income?
