When the new issue is placed,the stock price will go up.The three most obvious reasons for this is,#1.Bank of America will issue PLT $22,000,000 to pay off all debt and supply operating capital with cheaper money,#2 Market has over compensated in regards to dilution concerns at the time of the fist news of the new issue when the stock traded as high as 0.55 (Nov./96).#3 PLT will no longer have financial constraints thereby being able to fully implement their "business plan" wich ,among other things,involves completing the purchase of an additional strategic location.Profits going forward are imminent.To date,the plan is fully on track.All that was said will be done,is being done.We are investing in honest,deticated people here,not just some company.I don't need to tell you the importants of that. |
