Actually the timing of an investment decision is at hand. When this SEC stuff settles out and they report earnings, it will likely be good with relief or the bad the the bears have said all along. In either event, to wait means to miss the move to 65 or the short move to 20 or under. To all sitting on the fence heres a chance to take your own DD and make an investment. Good luck.
