To Michele Wolf at Bear Stearns:

"Ms. Wolf, I offer the following for your review:
980814 - Michele Wolf of Bear Stearns isn't convinced that
consumer Internet telephony will be a major revenue driver for
the company going forward, but she admits that the
company is well-positioned should the market explode. "If the
international market took off," she says, "I think IDT is
positioned to be a major player in it. If it runs, then they
should be a market leader."

981109 - Michele Wolf, a telecom analyst at Bear Stearns,
recently upgraded her rating on the stock to a buy. "IDT boasts
a highly diversified revenue base that spans a number of
very hot growth markets," she says. As a volatile performer,
Wolf says, it's a great buy for aggressive investors. The stock,
which trades at 20 times analysts' estimates for next year,
should rise to $46 by the end of 1999, Wolf says, thanks to
booms in the prepaid calling card and wholesale international
businesses. Investors could get a further boost if IDT decides
to spin off the Internet telephony business, which analysts
expect could fetch a substantially higher multiple on its own.

990115 - (Bloomberg Data) IDT Corp. was downgraded to 'neutral''
from ''buy'' by analyst Michele Wolf at Bear, Stearns & Co.

990129 - As part of the company's strategy to forge pacts with
the world's leading telecommunications providers, IDT announced
today that it has signed agreements with four major European-
ased telecoms to establish a direct fiber-optic connection
between the companies for international long distance service.
Through agreements with France Telecom, Deutsche Telekom,
Swisscom N.A., and Telefonica, IDT will be able to provide
better access and lower termination rates to a number of countries throughout
Europe.

Michele Wolf, an analyst with Bear Stearns, said LCI had been
hewing to an industry-wide trend away from low-margin wholesale
revenues. Wolf noted that LCI's intensified focus on expanding
its fiber-optic network and developing its frame relay and data
businesses over the past six to nine months underscores its
determination to boost gross profit margins.

990201 - IDT's Net2Phone today launched easysurf.com
(www.easysurf.com or www.ezsurf.com), the first web shopping
portal powered by Internet telephony. Easysurf.com is the first
e-commerce portal to be powered by IP Telephony Enhanced
features help web users buy products online.

Michele, you know the growth in this company. You know they are
in the right areas, doing the right things, you know that
revenues are tremendous and exceeding expectations, you know the
deals they have, the alliances, the internet expansion,
everything that you suggested would propel this company to new
heights is happening. EPS comes in short due to various items
which the company is addressing well, and you toss everything
else out? I understand, I did too, I was disappointed, but I
reevaluated, I reassessed, and I remembered why I own a part of
this company.

Michele, reassess, and remember why you were so bullish on this
company, then step out and pound the table on IDTC! Don't be one
of the (Wolf) pack:-) You make a name for yourself by standing tall in the
saddle, sticking to your guns, through thick and thin, like Hawaii60 and KSE.
Be that leader Michele, IDT won't
disappoint you, and your clients will thank you!"
