Nope ... read the papers. AOL is so swamped that it has
to offer rebates.

The thing is, even if they go ahead as they plan and double
their modem count, this will not fix user unhappness.

AOL users might keep AOL, but if they want timely access
they will have to go through someplace else. It's the
someplace else that will require the high speed connection.
