Hi, The report I saw was titled something like "top 50 underfunded pension plans" and FDC is among the top 3. The rating was not done in absolute dollar terms but in percentages (of the pension liability of the company). FDC's pension fund is about 50% underfunded, meaning they have only contributed 50% of the calculated pension liablity. Please don't get me wrong. I am quite optimistic about the company but I don't know how thie pension liability is going to play out down the road. If I work for FDC I'd be concerned. -Pei-Hwa
