The only way toaccomplish this is to acquire shares at a discount and sell them at a profit. Why would BNEZ sell shares to someone at a discount to the market price only to have that person sell the shares on the open market? Wouldnt it be better for BNEZ to just sell the shares to the market themselves and skip losing the discount? Eric
