Exceeding any requirements of Section 17(b), I announced in advance of my intentions. Unless those were later stated to have changed, they stand as my last declaration. You outright lied when you said that I denied my arrangement with AZNT. I simply told you that the details were none of your business, but you seem to think that as "Queen of the Cybervigilantes" you have the right of access to any information you desire, but the right to twist and spin any information you wish to make appear as something other than what it actually is.
Further, your now being most deceitful (to the point of perpetuating a lie) by not addressing the real verbiage you used. You are a master at twisting and spinning, and once again you have done so.
For the record:
1) I rendered cash consideration before I was given every share I own;
2) I not only stated that I was a reseller for AZNT, I announced in advance that I was taking that action;
3) I have never met Mike Sylver nor been in their offices;
4) I purchase my products from AZNT for resale, or personnal use;
5) Before making my last purchases and receiving stock in AZNT, I thoroughly tested the products and found them to be equal or superior to other similar products on the market;
6) I have refrained from making some additional stock purchases because of the material you and others have posted;
7) I have refrained from placing some orders for inventory because of material you and others have posted;
8) I am not in any manner perverted nor do I have homosexual tendencies, as you have more than intimated;
9) I think I will go to Las Vegas during the next few days and discuss my joining any libel suit that is filed against you and certain other members of this thread.
