As entertaining as this dialog is, it is both off topic and so perilously close to being x-rated that both of you may end up being booted off the board by the SI net nanny. I suggest cooling the vitriol and concentrating on FTEL.

I appreciate your efforts as a peace maker, however, allow me to present my case:
No, it is NOT off topic.
Why ?
Because the excess hype, bash, AND idiotic posts is what has turned what potentially could be a place to exchange valuable information, into a place where hysteria and schizophrenia rules.
My point was to show that a post such as:

is absolute rubbish.
why ?
Because the poster has no facts to support that, no figures, no trading tickets to cross reference them to SI membership, and/or FTEL thread readership to back such statement. No nothing.
Then, the same poster says:
remember, wormboy, i said "could"....if you dont think that this
board has "encouraged" people to buy this stock, or to hold it, then
you were born yesterday....now, i have owned this stock (probably)

Now the poster, "just to buy insurance", says that he stated "could".
That implies, he is not sure, it "could be", but it "could NOT be".
Further, he now introduces the word "encouraged", to add to the confusion and doubt. i.e.: HARDLY FACTUAL.
Finally, the EXACT SAME POSTER, now reverses, and finally says:
my post was specifically about Ftel, which i hold long and strong... but, some people are very thinned skinned and get their feathers ruffled at about any post that doesnt say "get on board before the train leaves the station" i posted up a fact, and dorito-boy jumps on me...there it is !

Before anyone implies I do the same, re-read the top of this post to see I had an ON TOPIC purpose.
Now, in my defense, all I said, was, that the "Circus of the Absurd reached a new high". No I did not "jumped all over the poster".
Until, of course he started with the name calling, to which I responded in kind, but not as harsh.... only factual, (given the evidence.) <g>
So Andrew, to your request, I shall comply and return to my galeria seat and continue lurking looking forward for the fun that the residents of this asylum provide.
Now in closing, I shall state that my beef is not with FTEL, (the company), but rather with the morons that inhabit this asylum, both from the hype side, and the bash side, they are equally idiotic.... and that's a fact ! <g>
