INPR buyback doesn't help the stock price as much as we think.

Sure it is a plus. But INPR has already satisfied much of their
buyback program and the stock price was recently near $5.
So, this tells me that the current amount of shares bought back
has not helped INPR share price short term.

I suspect that the remaining shares bought back if bought back
now would not help short term price of INPR either.

Reasons why ??:

other negatives and/or uncertainties far outbalance the
positive of buying back shares ??

the number of shares bought back are insignificant to
total shares floating ??

Wasn't there a dilution recently? So would the dilution and
the stock repurchase program wash each other out? Creating
a net affect of 0?
