Your answer may be here messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com Wilcox told me that the 4/98 dividend that the company paid out is to be "CONSIDERED A RETURN OF CAPITAL AND NOT A TAXABLE DIVIDEND." I hope that this item is finally put to rest -that's from YukonHusky, post 1299 on the Yahoo thread. From the last quarterly however we have following the payment of a dividend of $17.9 million in April 1998 So as always, see your tax advisor, heheh. Or just be patient and wait for something to show up in the mail...plus the next quarterly report should be out anytime now, maybe they will say something again. --Mike
