Look for a jump in rent expense in Q1 1999, I guess. I don't see the point in trying to pay rent like the big boys when you have next to nothing in the bank and no revenues. Their other address is Avenues of the Americas in NYC - isn't that about the most expensive office space in the country? This company sure places a lot of emphasis on having a prestigious address. What's next, the top floor of the Transamerica building in San Fran?

It just seems a bit lavish to me.
