Abbeydale... are you also with the Calgary Scotia office? I agree with your comments except I find the online even a bit faster most of the time now. I have cable hooked up and the change of orders has been fantastic speed. I have been averaging 25 to 60 sec from the time I hit the enter on an order and see it pop up on the depth in stockwatch. Certainly won't complain with that! If I don't see it pop up on the depth or do not see the transaction go through on my real time, I will sometimes call but that usually only happens when I am doing an ASE fill. Still have my e-trade account but have found them slipping lately. Good to have a backup though. Jim
