C. McD, Every investment has its own risk to reward perspectives and objectives. Each persons own valuations may differ at any given time, but thats what makes the stock market work. Buyers and sellers, traders and investors, longs and shorts. I do enjoy the analysis time that you put into your posts and your perspectives on where BANY may be headed in the future. Every investor should be as diligent in their observations as you have been. Insights provided to some of the back door arbitrage scenarios that have occured are a great way to gain new ideas on what may or may not happen here. I also see that you have been disappointed by some of the developements and time frames for those developements to occur. So have I, at times it has been very frustrating with all of the waiting and delays. That to me is the ups and downs of dealing with a small OTCBB company. The thing that makes me an investor still is the possible potentials of the story line all coming together. Where does the value lie then if it does? My opinion is that it is north of here, but that is just my opinion and each investor should decide and contemplate their own. I have a series of buy points that my opinion will enter if hit. I like to think that your target won't be reached, but we shall see. BANY is the only one of all these backdoor plays that has shared their investment in an asset play with their shareholders, that says something to me and I will be around for a long time to see where the story plays out. On the recent trading, my guess is that the MM's boxed the stock for the short to cover. Thats why you had such large volume banging around for the last 2 weeks. It also allowed many to sell their positions and hopefully gain some profits. The recent selling is very small and looks like a typical MM walkdown on small volume traded. What goes up comes down and visa versa, my opinion is that the weaker hands will leave for a while until things come to pass. It should be very interesting to see where the next month takes us from this point. I will be looking for that Edgar filing in the near future and see whats next from there. Good Trading Dave
