marc, good point there about index fund buying distorting OSX (relative to sector) by reason of SLB being component of S&P100/500. Re: VTS --- Do you concur with the hypothesis Gary offered that fund-dumping into strength accounts for VTS falling slightly overall on good volume today? I was watching for a little while and had the same feeling. --(I bought back into VTS the other day when it fell below 12, and doubled my position today @$12 as it lagged.) regards, diana
