EM, nice, informative thread here. PCTR, another undiscovered gem, just like WWWX yesterday and MXNT the day before. ic3d.perceptronics.com -- I am going to download their software and try to play their Head of the River 3D game now.

Dr. Gershon Weltman, Perceptronics' chairman and chief executive officer is a renowned technologist in the internet 3D graphic area, and this ic3d technology they just unveiled look awesome.

The company has been awarded contract by the U.S. Army Simulation, Training and Instrumentation Command (STRICOM) and the California Technology Investment
Partnership (CalTIP) Program and the associated equity investments. This company actually
has earnings and sizable revenues, total outstanding is about 3.44 Million shares (extrapolated
from the following press release - $68,909 amounted to 0.02 earnings per share, so total
outstandings would be 68,909 x 100 / 2 = 3.44 millions. The float must be considerably
smaller.

TO BUSINESS EDITOR:

Perceptronics Announces 1999 First Quarter Results

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., Aug. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Perceptronics, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: PCTR) today announced that the Company reported a profit
for its first quarter ended June 30, 1998 of $3,222, or $0.00 per share, on
revenues of $832,952. In its first quarter of the previous year, the Company
had a profit of $68,909, or $0.02 per share, on revenues of $978,609.
Dr. Gershon Weltman, chairman and chief executive officer, said, "The
lower first quarter revenues resulted primarily from the relative timing of
PGTS contracts, as sales in the networking technology area rose 38% due to
recently announced awards. Gross profit was approximately the same, because
the cost of sales in first quarter 1999 decreased 23% over that of first
quarter 1998. However, net profit in first quarter 1999 was reduced due to
additional expenditures for audit, international marketing, and consulting and
internal R&D associated with the development of the Company's InterGame(TM)
product for networking multi-player, on-line Internet games."
"We are very pleased with the progress being made on the InterGame(TM)
software product as a result of our recently announced development contract
awards from U.S. Army Simulation, Training and Instrumentation Command
(STRICOM) and the California Technology Investment Partnership (CalTIP)
Program and the associated equity investments. This includes formation of a
distinguished technical and business advisory group, as described in a
separate announcement. We have assembled a world-class development team that
we believe will make a major impact in this rapidly expanding market --
encompassing educational, medical, e-commerce and other applications -- as
well as gaming. At the same time, we are continuing to actively market our
military trainers and services, building on our growing reputation for
reliable, effective products and on-schedule delivery."
