Kidl, re. Russ Murata

I've heard that Mr. Murata has had many years of successful business management experience in Richmond. Apparently, he is also well connected with the Richmond Asian business community, and he is enthusiastic about the contributions Richmond Downs can make to Richmond. I haven't met him personally, but from what I hear, he will be an excellent director.
