LG Re trin

I've noticed that the movement of the market seems to take place in line with the slope of the trin on a chart rather than where it is in relation to one.

In other words if the trin is trending up then the market is trending down. When it reverses the market reverses shortly after. Many times I've seen where the trin is setting at ~.80 and the market is drifting lower. That usually takes place when the tick is negative at the same time.

When the tick and the trin work together you get quick, large movements.

Bottom line .. look at the slope of the trin intraday chart .. it points the way.
