To All, There seems to be a lack of some DD here. It was mentioned today that it would take long time for ISSM to obtain filing status - I do disagree, as they are already filing. - Then have some (probably idle) quarters and years to follow up on (the 10K for 96-97 and 97-98), But if its idle it should not take terrible long. Then there's the merger - And some history on Datapowerusa (VTEC??) to take care of. Bottom line the new ISSM as a holding company does hold filing status. Here's the SEC ( the new 8-k will be there in a couple of days) filings: sec.gov What do we know about Datapower - Is it VTEC (OTC-BB:VTEC)??? I dont think so as it seems to be in refinery - but look at this: ventech-inf.com And this comes from this: ventech-eng.com Here in the left frame below is ventech computer. Looking at the site layout there seems to be something similar to DataPowerUSA : datapowerusa.com Try opening this link: datapowerusa.com Then place the cursor in the middle, right click mouse and chose view source : Now you get a new screen up, and somewhere in the top, you see the name of that page = "VTEC Press Release 1" FWIW - I think we are dealing with something here, that might be a quite bit more comprehensive, than we expect right now. ISSM is just brought in as a filing shell IMO. - This could develop dramatically over the next couple of months. Please someone over there (with less phone costs) try calling a little around and see what you are able to dig up - and share it please :-) Kind regards Jens
