David - Think of it this way Most companies prepare budgets for the upcoming year. (Sales forecast, inventory build, overhead expense, etc.) Frank most certainly did a sales forecast for 1999 with projected sales by customer (through their marketing channel)plus an estimate for walk-in/new business. Even if he won't say what expected 1999 sales for USAT was estimated at, he may be able to tell us what percentage of the total they made up. (ex: 10% of our total for 99) Just looking for info on a potential revenue shortfall. iknowlarry.
