DG, you are over rating the "..magnitude of the perceived importance of the news that is expected to be released in connection with the VLNC meeting on 2/4..."

What information do you expect to be released? I don't expect any announcement during the meeting. That would be unequal dissemination of information. If an announcement comes over the wires tomorrow before the meeting, it would make a fine topic for discussion.
