I have not read the thread so please forgive me if this has been discussed before. IN at least two chat rooms recently i heard that someone was saying they would file the IPO on the 5th. Has anyone on this thread discussed this posibility or heard the same rumor. It would seem sorta reasonable to have the options and the IPO filing come at the same time.
