DIVIDEND / Murphy Oil Makes Dividend Announcement TSE SYMBOL: MUR.U NYSE SYMBOL: MUR FEBRUARY 3, 1999 EL DORADO, ARKANSAS--The Board of Directors of Murphy Oil Corporation today declared a quarterly dividend of $.35 a share on the Common Stock of Murphy Oil Corporation. The dividend is payable March 1, 1999 to holders of record February 15, 1999.
