THREAD MINING...."NEW" THREADS I've been following this approach on paper since Jan 28...I screen for new threads on SI on the theory that its early in a 'hype' play or a 'real' find..The following portfolio assumes a $10,000 investment per play 'at the opening price' the day after it makes an SI thread debut .. each stock gets an entirely arbitrary 1 week residence time in the port then out..since Jan28th..90,000 = 130,000 tonite techstocks.com Here are new ones for tomorrow.. PCTR (17 posts)/160k vol/hype 3Dtech HOEN (6 posts )/22k vol/i-broker play WWWX (26 posts)/1.7mm vol/hype next e-bay CBET (1 post) /1.5mm vol/reverse merger..symbol change I'll add these as of 9:30 opening prices.. This post for information purposes only.. I'm trying to distill this down to a systematic approach .. will keep you posted.. Jim in CT...
