There was widespread feeling today that the market makers were unable to "walk down" the quotes because of consistent buyers and lack of sellers. People looked interested in more than a quick pop. I followed the trades towards the end of the day and noticed that very few people sold at the close even when the bid was brought down for no apparent reason. I think that because there is so much intrinsic value rather than air supporting this stock holders were unshaken and confident holding their gains. Does anyone think the market makers will have to bid this up significantly tomorrow to get some sellers?
