That is exactly where the $1 requirement came from. I do my homework. According to the requirements that you correctly posted, ISSM, which will be the company that is traded, is nowhere near the requirements. Overnight satisfaction of the requirements will not do it. The SEC wants to see an established baseline, including an average price of $1/share over time for an existing company, which this will be classified as.
