Misformed,
Judicial Watch, Inc. wrote the Interim Report, not Ken Starr. Just because the Interim Report was read into the Congressional Record does not mean it was an official document of the independent counsel's office.

Did you skip this part, or is your preference for ignorance overwhelming you?

This Interim Report supplements "The Starr Report," and details, in 145 pages of text and 187 documentary exhibits, evidence of bribery, possible treason, and other high crimes and misdemeanors in what has become known during the Clinton presidency as "Filegate," Chinagate and related scandals. The Report's nearly 4,000 pages of documentary evidence is fully available to you at the House Judiciary Committee and on the Judicial Watch Internet site at judicialwatch.org.

Since the Interim Report was first written, Judicial Watch uncovered more evidence pointing to high crimes and misdemeanors in the Filegate and related scandals.
