to bill presti the underwriter is also the primary market-maker if he wants to do further business with the company he will get his hints and do the appropriate in this case...hold down the stock price till debentures are converted..afterall the debentures are held by people close to the management this does lead to dilution but in CMTR case..we are just seeing 2M shares being added...and I trust the management to put it to good use it would be nice to know how much of the discount r these debenture holders getting...or how big is the favor which the shareholders are doing to the management..yes we are indirectly lining their pockets HpChek ...no announcements yet...but it will launch when merck-astra are ready with their stuff there is good news pending on CMTR...just my IMHO
