I asked this question before, but don't think it was answered. Maybe I have simply missed the point - but here goes again. It was my impression that GSTRF was off loading much of the risk of selling minutes to local carriers. It seems logical to me (not necessarily a reliable indicator, I will admit) that given the nature of GSTRF's terrestrial intensive approach, land based carriers would buy the minutes and resell them as part of their service (e.g. Sprint pcs and satellite). I seem to recall an article where this was discussed a long time ago - back when we were all trying to figure out just what the path of a GSTRF phone call would be. Certainly terrestrial carriers already have the marketing expertise, and would be well motivated since they will participate financially on the terrestrial component of every call I presume. Frankly, it was one of the reasons I liked GSTRF's business plan. Am I wrong in this assumption?
