Another thing I want to point out is what Robert Rubin said today, missed by just about everyone. He said we will need to raise the debt ceiling by 2001. Huh? Surplus, yeah right. (public debt increases $316 million every 24 hours) europa.com And what will happen when E-trade and a few others go down, do to overload, on a down day? Panic. No way to get out of a losing position. Then it will feed on itself, real quick. They would have to close markets. Don't get me wrong, I will still be in there everyday, but we need to all be prepared for a worst case situation, just in case it happens. Forwarned is forarmed....................
