I heard from Solar Utility's CEO, Steve Mekenery (sp? - my notes are at the office) who got a copy of my posting e-mailed to him from someone at ECD (thanks to Delbert or Don is my guess!). He made a persuasive effort to get in the door at my firm and I will be trying to arrange a presentation this month for the library project. The county requires two distinct specifications for the project. Interestingly, Joel Davidson no longer works for Solar Utility and has started his own consulting business in direct competition with Solar Utility. He is in fact the individual who made the initial presentation that led to my posting. The local competition seems fairly intense.
