Ian, the BCE Emergis deal is a great one. Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with Valu-net and The eMerge Alliance. Quite simply, BCE Emergis and the banks have figured out a way for you and I to pay our bills on line without:

- companies having to send traditional/expensive paper envelopes and bills;

- you and I having to send traditional/expensive envelopes and cheques

- you and I having to drive to the bank and waste our time, as well as, the time of a teller + the cost of handling the traditionally expensive paper bill.

Not to mention, it is also enviro-friendly. Thus, congrats to BCE Emergis and the banks!

Having said that, what does this have to do with the market and revenue goals of The eMerge Alliance? It seems you are implying some kind of direct competition where there is none.

Regards,
Agora Internet Relations Corp.
