< Being listed is key.> If being listed on Nasdaq is key, it had better not be a short term key. You are way off base. It is not possible for it to happen over night. It is listed very clearly in the regulations you correctly posted. I have been involved with other companies that have tried to make the jump. It is very difficult and takes significantly more time then you are tying to get others to believe. Either you don't understand the regulations, or you are attempting to mislead. I will give you the benefit of the doubt, and assume the former.

Anyone that has been involved with BB stocks knows that a goal for most of them is to become listed on a major exchange. Anyone that has followed one trying to make the jump knows that it certainly does not happen over night. They also know that it is a very difficult task, and very few of them ever successfully make the jump.

ISSM could become listed on Nasdaq once they meet all the requirements and become fully reporting to the SEC. To do this, will take months at a minimum. There is no way around this that I know of. I think most people already know this, and I agree with the poster that said this discussion has been carried out too long.
