Fine! First of all I never said over night. But this will be my last comments on the subject. The reason why most BB's have such a hard time getting on the Nasdaq is because most BB's Do not have ASSETS of 5 million Dollars . Most BB's are in the R and D stage and are big on Ideas and Debt but have little assets / Most BB's have way too many share's out standing and have all sorts of warrents and convertable instraments that make it hard to maintain a stock price over a buck.

The New ISSM will have NO such Debt. The New ISSM from what I understand are in the proccess of filling large orders as we speak. Now I am not certain of this. But if this was true getting listed on the NASDAQ would not be NEARLLY as hard as you are trying to portray.
