Ok kiddies, math time: SIEB has 21 M shares out w/ a 0.710 float. JBOH has 14 M out w/ a 6 M float (that's not counting the 6.5 M for the convert nor the 2.5 M in employee stock). So Muriel SIEB has a relative shortage of stock and well, JBOH has a plethora of stock, even before you take into account all of the insider stock related to the convert and the employees selling. One is a clean and reputable firm with it's own internet strategy and one is a crim stock with all kinds of hair on it and no differentiating strategy, You effed up, you took too much!
