CANCELLED ADOT ORDER! Reasons as follows: [Good company or not]

While I've seen ADOT talked about, pumped & dumped several times for the last year or so, I thought maybe it was time to finally invest in it for profit,,,,,NOT SO! says the profit man.

My plan was to buy @ 5/32 (so MM's wouldn't stick me, and yet get a fill), and then sell @ 13/64(or .20/xhare) for $PROFIT$!!!

However! A late night,,,laaaast going over available info revealed a naughty little line or two in the Dec31 10QSB:

<< The Company relies upon current placement of its' securities to provide liquidity for its development of prototype and manufacturing operations.

The Company is also anticipating to produce additional liquidity over
the next twelve months through the sale of part of its' holding in
BioModa, Inc.

These sales of securities will provide adequate liquidity to meet
adequate requirements through the end of fiscal year 1999.>>
----------------------------------

By re-analyzing the chart, and todays sell-off I saw this curiosity:
1) While profitaking would be expected,,,,it all came under a price that the majority of past investors would still have a loss.

2) Sell-off started @.19/share and quickly dropped under the 3/16 mark to a point where most investors would have to place direct broker orders in order not to get screwed on the drop.

While these two points are still not conclusive, the fact that I would be raising "liquidity" at these particular prices tells me to leave it alone. (That and the fact that I don't like a company I buy to sell into strength and weaken my profit momentum)

Conclusion: Pump or no pump,,,,the company has publicly stated it will SELL part of BIOMODA and SELL SHARES! That's enough for me. Good luck all,,,whatever route you decide to play this one!

Regards,
-Mark
