The move the company is making with the public offering is the best approach to a US listing. Almost all companies that move to a US exchange receive much more attention and higher share price if they retain a US based firm to underwrite a financing. Now they have a US firm with incentive to tell the US investment community how great this company is. The issue of more stock is dilutive but in the long run the added exposure more than makes up for this. The PE ratio will rise along with the share price. My hat's off to all the long term shareholders and management of this company, outstanding job done!
