I searched for and found the press release you're referring to here.
One interesting note is that Mr. Mac Shahsavar is the President and CEO ( not COO ) of NHMCF according to the NHMCF homepage.
Much like the aquisitions made by NHMCF, Arjo for instance, it looks as if the current president of Worldwide Golf Resources is staying on in that position. This should keep Mr. Shahsavar free from the day to day business of WGR.
While Mr. Shahsavar is the CEO of NHMCF, he does seem to have other business interests through Manitoba Limited Corporation, which is not related to NHMCF according to the press release. He probably holds the title of CEO of WGR due to his new 100% ownership and his desire to have that particular title, not neccesarily due to any particular time intensive responsibilies he will have ( this is an assumption on my part obviously ).
Overall, I wouldn't let this bother you. I am currently long on NHMCF and intend on continuing as such. I have far more confidence that the other officers of NHMCF, who have experience in the heathcare industry, such as Mr. Ebbeling, Mr. Jackson, Mr. Farrimond, and Mr. Scavuzzo will have a much more important impact on the future of NHMCF. |
