DEJ63, why don't you call the company with your questions, and then report back here with what they say? "Has anyone recieved proxy statements concerning the merger? Should we expect any such documents?" There was a flurry of preliminary proxy filings with the SEC, but the updates seem to have stopped. Why not call the company and ask them what the hold-up is?
