Nice post. The Internet Telephony market is going to be huge. IDTC seems to have the lead in IP with the new technology and improved quality of softare. I think this technology alone is worth far more than the market cap of the entire company. Management clearly agrees as they put network development and other resources on hold to speed the rollout of the newest technology and demonstrate its potential with business and individuals. I would suspect that the IPO will allow the company to continue to control the technology while providing the company cash to build its other businesses at a faster pace and eliminate some of the redundancies that put a drag on margins [per cc.] once the ipo cash is available.
