The company said that with the acquisition, it could offer advertisers more options for interactive advertising campaigns for all types of Internet service, and that it would accelerate AtHome's efforts to target and profile potential customers. COMMENT: At Home is using its valuable stock to pick off some plums. Look for more and more of this in the future. >> Wondering out loud if this is just the 1st inkling of a consolidation taking place in this niche. IMO, this play is a classic example of synergy in motion. One reason I'm in the warrants of the K. See it as a part of a broader offering, either from a Business Hoster or Big Street Ad Agency without much INET experience. L
