If indeed E & Y will audit this year's number, that's a very positive news. It seems very logical to me that the firm may not want to continue being the auditors because they may not want to take any chances in tainting its reputation by associating itself with online gaming, not necessary because gaming is bad, which it may be, but because at this point there is some doubt about its legality, due to the apparent legal problems of wagering over the phone lines. Like I have suggested before, if Ernst and Young audits the number, and they issue a clean opinion, this stock will go up substantially. The real big jump in the price of the stock will take place when the industry becomes regulated, or a "laizez faire" approach is taken by the US Government (which seems unlikely), assuming, of course, that the numbers continue to climb, which I think they will.
