Guys,

I am interested in learning more about how individual investors have reacted to the announcement of a reverse split.

More specifically, I am looking for a situation where the announcement of a reverse split kicked off some form of a "stockholder revolt" on the Internet forums dedicated to that particular stock. This probably would occur where management had previously been less than straight-forward with stockholders, and might involve what I think of as a "stealth split", where the company does not put out a press release announcing the proposed split, but merely sends out proxy packages for stockholders to vote on the split.

If you know of one of these situations, could you post it here, or e-mail me at rmdavis1@ix.netcom.com

Thanks,

Bob Davis
