Let's fact it, ALL the ebrokers are having this problem...I have accts at both Etrade and Schwab, and Schwab had a much less publicized problem about 3 weeks ago...it did hit the press, but without so much downside and negative hype....also, when I called Schwab's acct rep to bitch, some butthead asked me how did I trade 2 years ago (meaning all this stuff was mostly manual just 2 years prior and that going back to manual order taking was not the end of the world).
